All of the following forms must be completed, signed, and dated, and submitted together to the Resettlement Operations Centre in Ottawa (ROC-O) along with all required supporting documents. For assistance, please contact Hope for Afghanistan Refugees & Immigrants in North York, Ontario.
The Application for Refugee Sponsorship on the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) website contains all the required forms, including those that must be completed and signed by the sponsoring group and the refugee applicant. You can download the forms from the links below as well.
